Video Poker is a popular game that is able to be bet on in casinos around the world, or in your house on your personal computer, using a web connection. Generally, the minimum winning hand on a Video Poker machine is a pair of jacks with the prize money increasing for each and every better hand. A list of common winning hands starts with jacks or better, and moves on to 2 pairs, three of a kinds, straights, flushes, full houses, 4 of a kinds, straight flushes and last but not least royal flushes. It is obvious that the payout schedule can change from game to game, so that skillful bettors are able to select the most beneficial game every time.
As soon as the initial round has completed, the player can either decide to continue on and try to to increase their winnings, or press the ‘collect’ button to retrieve any cash that they may have won. Further, some styles of the game allow the bettor a chance to increase their wins, in which situation a further round is played. There are also differences between specific games, with some decks of cards having wild cards and other varying elements to enhance playability.
